“Staff were welcoming and really helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Good range of GF cereals. Evening meal was great. An error was made but was quickly rectified. I would definitely stay again.”

Poorly maintained property which felt grubby. My room had a sash window broken so couldn't open it. Only good thing were the bath towels and good mattress. Pillows awful. “Super team made me feel very welcome and were always available. Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking”

When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...
