Leider gab es keinen Aufzug und wir mussten in die 4 Etage.Die Tiefgarage war sehr schwierig zu erreichen und man musste sein Auto auf einer Schrägen einparken.Der Service war sehr freundlich und nett.Die Zimmer sehr groß und mit Balkon.Das Bett sehr bequem und groß

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Rezeption an 16 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Danach die wenigstens eine Nummer für Notfälle hingelegt werden. War leider nicht der Fall.

Das Team beim Hörn war immer sehr freundlich, besonders der Herr an der Rezeption, klasse Betreuung. Kritik muss ich am Repertoire des Frühstücksbuffet machen, sehr wenig Gemüse, kaum Obst oder Tomaten. Honig hat auch gefehlt, wenig Abwechslung.

Die Zimmer waren nicht wirklich sauber, Spinnweben, Staubmäuse und anderer Schmutz waren nicht zu übersehen! Vor allem in der Toilette (ich hatte noch die „Bremsspur‘‘ vom Vorgänger drin) und dahinter. Dusche veraltet, Fugen keimig, Lüftung versifft. In den Betten waren lange, dunkle Haare..hat von uns aber niemand. Wirklich wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt. Ein Highlight war das Frühstücksbuffet. Eine schöne Auswahl, für jeden was dabei. Auch das Personal am Morgen war sehr freundlich.

Badeværelset: Der mangler lige en servicemand til at kigge det efter. Der var galt med bruseren, og der manglede en "prop" i håndvasken. Gardinet i værelse 12 hang en smule, og så kunne vi godt bruge et par stole. Kældergaragen var lidt "dum" at køre nedad, da frontspoleren stødt imod, og forårsagede en del skrammer. Ellers var Hotellet meget roligt og hyggeligt :-)!

forlænget weekend

Ligger lidt væk fra Centrum, men ok lille spadseretur derind, dejligt med balkon, dejligt med parkering i kælderen (8euro pr døgn), hyggelig bar, almindelig kedelig morgenmad,fint med store 120 cm senge, dårlige puder, meget lille brusekabine. Kiel har flere hyggelige steder, og shoppemuligheder.

Har booket vær. med 4 enkelte mands senge og kommer op til et med 2 En ommer nyt vær. Flytter. 2 senge sammen .. phu ha der var vist ikke gjort rent længe Og sådan var der også under de andre og fandt en ligther i en redte seng . Del støj fra togene og en tam morgen buffet .

Typical main land Europe hotel. No lift (room 3 stairs up) and small (set in attic). No tea/ coffee making facility and poor wifi. The published "parking" was in a garage below the hotel. Very very awkward to park and very little room to get out of the parked car.

Ich telefonierte mit einem Mitarbeiter und fragte, ob es Möglich sei meinen Koffer vor dem Check in abzustellen, sei kein Problem wurde mor gesagt. Am Tag des Check ins, traff ich im Hotel ein, sagte das ich ein Zimmer gebucht habe, ich aber den ganzen Tag unterwegs sei und erst spät am Abend wieder komme, auch da wurde mir gesagt, kein Problem, stellen sie ihren Koffer einfach ab (die Rezeption war eine Bar, mein Koffer stand auch direkt an der Bar). Ich kam 23:06Uhr am Abend in das Hotel, kein guten Abend, nichts, lediglich, da haben Sie aber Glück... letzten Endes wurde mir dann gesagt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und es gäbe nicht einmal eine Couch wo ich hätte schlafen können, das war die Antwort.. Mein Koffer stand nach über 13h unverändert dort, wo ich ihm abgestellt habe..

Vi havde brug for en enkelt overnatning. Dejligt stort værelse, med stor dobbeltseng og 2 enkeltsenge. Det manglede den sidste finish, som ret hurtigt kunne fikses. Badeværelse var ved at falde fra hinanden. WIFI kommer ikke til at virke

Perfect parking with the car and to have a sleep over before taking the Kiel boat back to norway. Really spacious rooms, not very new the nice enough. The personnel was very helpful and friendly :) good dinner and breakfast
