Beautiful room upstairs in the alcove with sitting area. Temperature perfect Loved the spa facilities, like the pool the sauna the steam baths Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfasts really good with huge variety We made use of the bar as well, which has a nice variety of drinks

There is a warm welcome feeling every time I check in at Hotel Birke. The rooms are nice. The food is realy good and the bar is “cosy”. The pool and SPA is nice and quiet. Hotel is clean all over. There is a friendly welcoming vibe through the entire staff. I love coming back.

Not a family friendly place

We have stayed with hotel Birke last year, which was good. This time however, the experience was very bad. We received a room, where there must have been some admin or the like above. There was a constant movement and the noise was very loud, which made it hard for us to fall asleep. Once asleep, we had the weirdest experience, as a man (likely an employee) barged in our room in the middle of the night. This woke my wife and made her very scared. He ran away and we barricaded the room for the rest of the night. When we talked with the staff about this the following morning, they of course apologised and said it could have been a staff person who entered wrongly. Also the staff in the pool, a gentleman was not really that friendly when he corrected our child, which was being very considerate in the pool. In general the hotel gives a vibe that it has some good/upper class, but in reality the experience was very bad. This is a shame as we had gotten a good expression last year, but this time it was just bad.

Dies war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, bei dem alles gestimmt hat: wir wurden direkt freundlich begrüßt, bekamen ein gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer mit großem Kissenmenü, haben uns in der schönen Saunalandschaft mit Garten entspannen können und sind morgens sehr gut gestärkt in den Tag gestartet. Man merkt, dass beim Betrieb dieses Hotels Profis mit Weitblick und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Gästen am Werk sind. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Dejlig ramme om total afslapning. Vi har over årene besøgt stedet ialt 4 gange. Denne gang i junior suite. Dejligt med plads. Fine stole og sofa man kan slænge sig i. Stort dejligt badeværelse. Sengene fine. Morgenbuffeten er virkelig god men heller ikke billig. Saunaområdet var godt besøgt men der var fri adgang fra 10-22 og poolen 7-22. P-plads koster nu, men OK 9 Euro pr døgn. Vi havde cyklerne med og cyklede to dejlige turer, meget skov og mange parker. Flot lang kanalen. Kommer formentlig igen. En lille ting - tidligere har der været badetøfler til rådighed. Det var der ikke nu Øv.

For os opleves Hotel Birke, som at komme hjem til en venlig og rar atmosfære. Venligt personale og hyggelige værelser. Vi er kommet på hotellet igennem nogle år nu, er er vældig godt tilfredse. Som andre vil vi også gerne fremhæve morgenmaden, den er intet mindre end perfekt.
