โPoor and old facilities. Guest room has too small bed, not working airconditioner with terrible molds, dirty curtain, no amenity, no shower curtain in bathroom.
Poor breakfast. This is not hotel. It's just terrible inn.
We asked to cancel all the reservation when checking in. Rejected because their manager was absent. We should stay in the terrible room. Actually airconditiomers me us to ask them to change room in the night.

โBeautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door.
Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren.
Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. โ

โOur stay at the Templer Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Jerusalem, and added immeasurable to the overall experience. The location in the German Colony is excellent. Our room was spacious with a separate living area and large bathroom. The best part was interacting with our hosts, the owners, Alon and his wife, Revaya, at the generous breakfast service. โIโve booked one night and then have booked another one since it was really nice.
The only thing would be nicer to improve, is communication between the flat company and the client.
Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix.
location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking.
I would love to get back here on my next trip.
