"I'm struggling with the Excellent. The staff is among the most polite ever! They go above and beyond for you and is amazing how friendly and helpful they are. But, even though the rooms are good and they look clean, the carpets really need a change or a proper clean, also the walls are really thin and we saw a guy knocked in someone else door to shushed them off even though those people were only laughing (in my opinion they were normal). Besides that, the area is amazing, around the corner...

"We had a good experience at Leeson. It was a great location to visit Dublin. It was about a 20 min walk to St. Stephen’s Green and the Grafton Street area where there is lots to do. There is also a Starbucks within 5 mins walk. It was inexpensive to taxi (using Free Now) to those areas. The room we had was basic but clean, comfortable, felt safe and the staff was nice. Parking was limited (about 4 or 5 spaces) but we got lucky every time we needed to park. Parking is also gated which was a plus....

"There is a lot of good and... not bad, but not so good... with this hotel. When we arrived the cab driver said it was not in the best neighborhood, and it didn't look the best. However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. There is a 24-hour prior check in with the hotel required, and they will text you with the code to get into the hotel and room. This didn't happen (probably something I did wrong), and when the hotel was contacted, they...
