“The property was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the safe was broken.”

“We were visiting some ancestral homes in and around the area but this location was also really convenient for Cork and Cobh. Eric the host and owner was great - super helpful and checked in every day to make sure all was well. Full shared kitchen stocked with every convenience was also great - as was having a space to hangout besides the room to do some work. Plus fun to meet other guests.”

“The hotel is located in the center of this small village. A easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The train station is very basic with a platform and a small covered sitting area, for when it is raining. This village has only two taxi's so planning through pre-booking is a must. “Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.”
