“I felt that the whole experience of my stay at the Grand was pretty average, as it was once a well established and run business, I felt that it has been let go. And I would only be giving it a 2-3 star rating”

“They upgraded us to an air-condition tent and that probably makes my review better since it was 95° during the day. The Glam tents were great. The resort itself is nice. The restaurant is good, not great for food but the people are nice. Nice. There is a swimming pool that works. While we were there okay, half of the place was closed because of damage from typhoons. You were there at the very end of April, 2026. There weren't many places to hike so there wasn't that much to do.. The Pearl farm...

“Should have been advised re the 4 year renovations that were going on. No Bathroom/changeroom near Pool. The access to our room was ridiculously long and hot and confusing….it was like a maze. No offer of help for two women in their seventies. Smelt a little mouldy. No a great experience. The Pool is wonderful but needs a good clean and maintenance.”

“Room was lovely, easy to get to. Pool was rather cool for a heated pool. Shame you won’t allow drinks in cans on the pool area to enjoy it more. Breakfast buffet was cold each morning even at opening. Overall a lovely place to stay.”

“The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. ”

“Staff at the property were lovely especially the manager, clean basic hotel, I think when you have a 4 night stay your room should be serviced at least once during the stay.”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property in their 2 bedroom bayview suite, has everything we need for a family on holiday - perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Cable Beach, however close enough if you need to visit, reasonably priced and quiet part of town, we will definitely be back again when we visit Broome.”
