The setting is beautiful! Our room was a bit cramped- small for a King room. The toilet wasn't working too well - and office chair was broken - leaning. Otherwise it was all good. A special place to stay.

On check in the man at the counter was adequately helpful and made the process painless. The location on the main road through town is a blessing and a curse, bring earplugs if you sleep light. Sandman Hotel Cranbrook
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated and in serious need of maintenance and upgrading. No breakfast and pool was out for maintenance, price is too high for the rooms.
