“They upgraded us to an air-condition tent and that probably makes my review better since it was 95° during the day. The Glam tents were great. The resort itself is nice. The restaurant is good, not great for food but the people are nice. Nice. There is a swimming pool that works. While we were there okay, half of the place was closed because of damage from typhoons. You were there at the very end of April, 2026. There weren't many places to hike so there wasn't that much to do.. The Pearl farm...

“We were placed in a disability room, the room and bathroom were clean but there was only one shower curtain when two were needed to cover the exposed areas to stop the spray from getting over toilet etc. The most frustrating thing was that the shower water did not drain into the drain hole but flowed out towards the main part of the bathroom and towards the bedroom door. We put towels etc down to try and stop this, they all got soaked. Work needs to be done on this drainage issue!”

“The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. ”

“Great location.Even with the renovations going on it doesn't interfere with your stay. We came here for some down time and that is what we got. Room was clean bed was comfortable, we did have an issue with connecting our devices to the TV cast but it was no biggie. The pool was great”

“Glamping in the Kimberly. Nice tents, but very hot during the day. Nice cool pool. Good bar restaurant. Walk to Emma Gorge is tough: hands and knees in places. Do it early, rest when hot, bring water.”

“Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? ”

“We stayed just before the peak season room had not been cleaned. The exhaust fan above the toilet was full of dust. Hair in the shower. Dirty dishes had been put away and a dirty mark on the bed cover. Out door furniture had not been cleaned. The unit was over all quite dusty including the floor.”
