"The room was dated, the bathtub paint was chipping , there was a huge hair clump upon arrival to the room, along with a diabetic needle cap outside of the our door. Disappointed that the wreck bar was not open, Stayed at this hotel for the beach access which is worth it. "

"Ocean view was lovely even thought it was at an angle. Nice balcony and entire hotel felt updated. Consierge was super prompt with requests and the food was fresh and high quality. The coffee counter at Marche lacked stock / expertise in making some flavored iced drinks but their breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Located right at the beach and water; can not beat the location. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"The location of this property is excellent....walking distance to restaurants and even the grocery store. The front desk staff needs more training. They shared that they were on a new system and they could not use it. We had a two reservations for March 9 and I have been trying to cancel one for weeks, but it still showed up. We were there the night before the cruise and tried to cancel it there. When we arrived after the cruise, both reservations were still there. When we left, they could not print us a receipt. We could only get one that stated $0 charges and $0 payments. Other than that, it was a great place to stay around a cruise. "
