"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.

"We enjoyed our 2night stay at Hays Wood. Our 2 bedroom was very comfortable clean and spacious.
We did note that there was no laundry facilities in lodge
or on site.

"Very welcoming and friendly to us humans and our Spaniel.
Charlotte and team made our stay very comfortable.
Very reasonably priced stay and surprisingly quiet as adjacent to a road.
The pop up burger van was a win as we arrived post Sunday roast time and thought we’d go hungry :)"

"We stayed in Room 19. It was a very large room and the bed was enormous. The room was immaculately cleanbandtea and coffee facilities were plentiful.
Our only problem was that the water was barely warm and our showers weren't very pleasant because of the temperature of the water.

"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."
