Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. "They are changing owner so lot of work going on. Breakfast is amazing but beds to low and short. This may change as they upgrade but not best nights sleep. Staff are lovely."
