"The check in was horrible. Got to the hotel at almost midnight and the desk attendant said my reservation wasn’t paid for but I paid through Expedia. 20 minutes later with phone calls on both sides it turns out the clerk was trying to overcharge the Expedia account so it was declining. "Convenient location and nice staff. However, housekeeping definitely could have been better. The ice bucket had mold in the bottom of it. There was hair all over the bathtub Nd shower wall. A toilet paper wad had been left floating in the toilet. There was also only one half roll of toilet paper and no extra roll available.
