The room was great.The only problem I had was the bathtub. There was like a sticky paper stuck to the bottom of the bathtub where it looks like the bathtub had cracked several places.And instead, replacing it, they put this sticky paper down.I did not feel safe.Taking a shower without shoes. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Make your own waffles, blueberry or regular yogurt, with all the fruit toppings.You can think of to add chocolate chips, granola. Biscuits in gravy sausage and fried eggs.

Eclipse 2024

The hotel was sold out for the eclipse. The staff was great, The room was comfortable. We were both able to work in the morning while waiting for the eclipse.

The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. But the facility seemed old. Bath tub faucet was broken. In such cold weather, the bed did not have a blanket and you have to ask for it. Around midnight some machine’s alarm went off in the next supply room, so noisy.

The beds were a little too firm and the pillows too soft so it was difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. Toilet in the bathroom was older and very small. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The breakfast was fresh and hot and had a good variety.

Staff were responsive and allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated. It was overall quiet in the room and hallways. However, room had an odor and did not appear thoroughly cleaned aside from the beds. Bathtub had large spackle or paint stains on bottom. We bought disinfectant wipes to clean commonly touched areas.

The staff was very pleasant and the free breakfast was nice and had a decent selection to choose from. The room was spacious but the beds were not super comfortable. My only real complaint was the condition of the bathrooms. Our shower was basically a single stream of water and the fixtures looked like they were barely hanging onto the wall. The bathrooms could definitely use some work. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
