Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "The place is a maze. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in . After cycling 100km that day we arrived to a room with no air conditioning and the outside temperature was 33 degrees. Inside the room it was a scorching 31 degrees. Front desk said there was nothing they could do and it took 2 hours to get fans, which they reluctantly provided us. Needless to say we didn’t sleep at all and we we up at 7am and on the cycling road because it was cooler outside than in that sweat box. I rarely write a review but in this case I have to make an exception. Also their bike storage is no secure, we saw multiple people slip passed the gate. Don’t risk it if you value your bikes, we didn’t."
