"Unacceptable- the suite we got was smelling disgusting, shouldn’t have been given to customers (confirmed by house keeping) and we had to ask for a new room. The AC wasn’t really working and the room overheated and dirty. Room service unavailable."

For some reason the front desk gentlemen could not give out more than 2 creamer packets at a time, including claiming that they couldn't find any (?) Perhaps better coordination with housekeeping supply staff might ..."

"Room was clean, but air conditioning is not that great. Breakfast was very good and staff kept replenishing food. There is parking on site, but it was full, so I was directed to park at a nearby garage (3 min walk) which ended up being cheaper than the hotel parking lot."
