โWe had a very warm informative welcome. The room was at the back which helped it be quieter when the private parties could be loud when they were on in the function room. It looks as if some updating is happening and needs new window frames and closers. The bed was comfy. Hospitality tray was great. In the bar the staff were great. โLovely old hotel in Kelso. Comfortable room with good facilities. A little tired in places, but perfectly acceptable for us. Great staff team, friendly and helpful, and a wonderful breakfast to set you up for the dayโ
โSituated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. โ
โReally friendly country pub and a great room. All the staff were great and and George the host even helped clear the car screen of ice, lovely chap. Would highly recommend to a quiet relaxing get away with great food. Excellent breakfastโ
โI loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley.
I would definitely stay here again.โ

โNot much could be improved upon at this beautiful, immaculate, well-organized B&B. Uta was delightful. The room & toilet were lovely, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. The view from our room (and even the toilet!) was one of the grand memories of our trip. Parking was in an enclosed area and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You won't go wrong here!โ
