Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Door password was never giving to us. We drove 3.5hrs and could not get in the house. Try to contact host and never answered text or phone call. Contacted Expedia customer service and was on hold for 1hr 55min, because they try contacting host with no success. They also try looking for another peoperty and only found a hotel 3.5hrs drive away. This trip was misserable, we did not got inside property and we are still waitting for refund. End up driving back home same day at night 3.5hrs.
