"It was a beautiful property. EVERYTHING is monetized. Be prepared to spend a lot of money onsite. The cottage was lovely. Ours was quite far from the pool and we needed to use a shuttle service onsite. We had a nice stay and all the staff were great. "

"It was a disaster. Parking was nonexistent, our key cards would rabdomly stop working and they had to keep sending someone. They didnt send room service, and when i called about it tried to tell me "someone should have come a few days ago". When i told them nobody came she said "well theres nothing i can do about that, i can just send you some towels". What?? The smoke alarm went off one night in the middle of the night and when i called to get help (it wouldnt stop even after we took betteries out) - he didnt even listen to me. He put me on hold as soon as he picked up, and never answered again. I tried calling a few more times over the next half hour but he was sending me straight to hold. It was insane. For the amount i paid for this place it was a disaster. Ive had better experiences at motels."
