"We’ve stayed at Westgate Resorts in the past, and it’s truly a great place for the entire family. The only drawback this time was that some of the restaurants on the resort have closed. The room décor could also use a little updating, but aside from that, everything was very clean and reasonably priced. I’d personally like to give a special thank you to Sean from New York, a member of the staff who made a lasting impression on us. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. "I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all. "
