Great staff, very friendly and helpful!! Room was clean and quiet. An older hotel but imho the best value in Kitimat. Good parking and the restaurant was also excellent but lacking a pub side.

Stayed at the Chalet Inn and had a great experience. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and quick to handle a couple of small requests (extra pillow and getting the right channel for Jays Game 7!). The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a standout—bacon, eggs, toast, and hash browns. Hard to find that these days. Laundry facilities on-site were super convenient too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Good location.

We ate at the hotel's restaurant. We were given 3 choices of breakfast food, which was very good. The rooms were old, the carpet was stained, but the geds were comfortable. When you register you are given breakfast vouchers. Make sure you get a voucher for each member of your group, otherwise, you may get into an argument with the servers at the restaurant.

Good value for the money
