“Das Essen und der Service sind gut. Auch der kleine Kuchen zum Geburtstag fand ich toll. Kids Club und Family Spa sind ebenfalls sehr schön und ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, ist das Wassersystem. Das ist für Kinder gefährlich und auch für Erwachsene sehr nervig vor allem beim duschen. Das es sowas überhaupt noch gibt wundert mich. “Dit is geen goedkoop hotel (hadden halfpension) dus onze verwachtingen waren hoog. De kamers zijn goed en schoon. De wellness is fantastisch, aan alles is gedacht en het is schoon. Het eten is goed maar niet bovengemiddeld. Wat ons heeft gestoord is het niveau van gastvrijheid. Misschien mag je daar niet te veel van verwachten in een groot hotel als dit maar in Oostenrijk zijn we gewoon anders gewend. “This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip ”
