Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. We will be returning to this fine establishment!

Beautiful location in the Kitzbühel Alps in Austria. The hotel has everything you need for your vacation og one night stayover. The rooms offer a lot of comfort and space. The staff is very helpful and kind. In the pool and spa area you can relax and use the best facilities. Especially swimming in the pool with the mountain backdrop is something special. Absolutely best recommendation for everything about Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol.

A luxury hotel for a perfect vacation

An amazing hotel, with a high level of service, an amazing location, clean rooms, a luxurious and very special spa, and a varied and delicious breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it.

Really disappointing stay. Were were guaranteed early check in and late check out by Hotels.com however the hotel refused to offer that even though they were empty and denied that it was a benefit. Additionally, they said they had ‘no idea’ what the resort credit was. The hotel was really overpriced for what it was and the staff were really unhelpful.

We had to change the room due to very bad smell from the shower, no apologies received at all. We waited half hour to have a reply on the inconvenience and had to insist to change room. Restaurant with half board not suggested at all. It was served fish and Asian food, whereas in internet and in the hotel advertising it is described as Tyrolese food, I even called beforehand to understand which food was served and told me typical food. A bottle of water was charged almost 8 euros.

The check in process was a little overwhelming. We want to carry just one small bag and come back out a bit later for our luggage. We wanted to rest for a while and we wanted to rearrange our two cases so we only needed to bring one up. A guy appeared at my window before I’d switched the engine off and asked if he could help. I said no but he was already opening the back of the car and dragging out both cases. The receptionists were very friendly but the process was far too long winded, then they insisted we take a tour of the bloody hotel. However once we made it too our room we have a lovely stay.
