“There were no ready to get customers. All the facilities at outdoor cannot even touch. They said there are renovation right now, but doesn’t feel it’s renovationing, just left unattended. The shower place was real jungle with wrotten shower head. And the beds were full of black dusts. We have checked in but couldn’t find other place to take a shower and sleep. “The hotel is not nearly as beautiful as it is in the pictures. I am sure it was amazing 5 years ago but it has fallen into a bad state of disrepair. A colony of bats made a home inside and leave their droppings all over the hallway and in room #4 if you are lucky to get that one. Room #1 smelled of raw sewage. “We eventually had a lovely time at Menai beach bungalows. There were a few issues but Mohammad and his staff were so lovely and helpful that it made the whole experience a lot of fun. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant, bar area we're delightful. Mohammed has just taken the place on and he said he has a plan to improve some of the facilities that need improvement. “My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and this is an absolutely beautiful place for exactly that! We were treated so well — they took great care of us, and everything we asked for was no problem; they fixed it right away. The place was clean, peaceful, and the generator worked very well (incredibly important in Jambiani since the power goes out all the time). We are super satisfied!!
