"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

Bathroom spacious, but impossible to regulate temperature of shower (scalding one minute, cold the next) whilst pressure never changed. Also shower head when mounted on wall attachment could not be adjusted and pointed at opposite wall ! Female receptionist pleasant."
