Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! Hilton Knoxville Airport
Room was not clean, bed had large chunk of visible human hair on it and the bathroom sink had hair in it as well. I had to check out that night without laying on the bed. Bad experience. Told the staff at the reception and the situation was not addressed.
