โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โWent on a last minute one night get away for our 22nd anniversary. The staff was so friendly! They left a little treat bag with snacks and a very nice anniversary card in our room while we were out for dinner. We closed the bar down on the roof that night- it was lovely! โ
โThis hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!โ

โLoved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day.
The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him.
The barista in the am was engaging as well:)

โWe are those that go out of town for a purpose and are basically in our room for a few hours. So paying for luxury is not required. This place is as advertised, older and cheap. But the room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was fine, the staff are nice. Fit our needs just fine. โ
