“Magical Stay at High Trees Resort High Trees Resort in Krabi is a true hidden gem! The treehouse-style rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery—like staying in a jungle paradise. “Highly recommend this hotel - we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with pool. Good sized pool set in a garden with indoor/outdoor kitchen and lounge area. “My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "Location, quality of service, and even foods at the restaurant were all perfect for family trip. However, structure of building is very weak againt noise when somebody in next room makes noise after drinking at late evening. Problem is the reception close around 10 pm I had to complain next day but same thing was happened again on that day. Staff of the resort can only say sorry. I really suggest the resort to make a strict regulation for such uneducated and unmannered guests to be discharged in cases of having several.complaints from other guests. Everyone pays same cost and spend valuable time for own holiday and nobody has any right to ruin it for any reason."

"섬 내에 숙박이 보통 그렇듯 아주 쾌적하지는 않았습니다. 특히 배정받은 객실은 해가 잘 들지않아 눅눅하고 습했어요. 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 피피항이 가까이 있어 투어 집결지 및 이동이 간편해요. 남자 직원분이 아주 친절했어요. 리셉션 여자 분의 영어는 이해하기 조금 어려웠습니다. "
