She was so personal and helpful. Tao helped us with our bags and we appreciated him too! Our room was phenomenal and so was the floating breakfast. Great view, comfy bed and spacious pool villa. "5 star hotel for staff friendliness. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From reception through to breakfast staff, amazing service. Can't speak highly enough about them. Breakfast is also 5 star. Absolutely amazing variety. Freshly squeezed juice everyday was a winner for us. Pool is ok. They have 3 pools running alongside each other, but not joined. They are not very big either, a little bit narrow but long. Rooms are a little bit dated. Clean enough but older. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
