While I would prefer a larger room, the rooms and hotel facility have excellent amenities and it is in the heart of Silom so walkable to bars, clubs and restaurants. There is self-served laundry service in the hotel which is excellent and affordable non-luxury travelers. The pool is the centerpiece of the hotel, located between the two towels. My pre-teen son spent every day for a few hours in the pool. There is also a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet is excellent with both Thai and Western food. There are also excellent restaurants like Mango Tree and massage parlors The Prime literally right next door. Hotel staff is also friendly and helpful.

This has to be be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I been going to Thailand for more than 20 years and never stayed in a hotel so bad. supposed to be a 4 Star ?? its dirty, old and out dated. The furniture is all damaged, old and chairs wobble.. There is no security and anyone can get in the lift without using a digital key card. The rooms are not soundproof, need I say more ! People running up and down the corridor shouting at each other from room to room and on the last day pest control was arranged for all rooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Place was absolutely amazing

11th floor at front of Hotel was noisy with freeway traffic. Very clean and meals were nice.
