Lots of hill climbing to get to places but can easily ring reception and they will send someone to pick you up Staff were so accommodating and helpful..except maybe the lady that checked my room on departure. I felt like i was in prison and she was doing a search for contraband lol Both restaurants were great especially the Thai one Pools were lovely and very clean Is walking distance to town but you will work up a bit ofa sweat ;)"

"I can not recommend this hotel enough. Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres. Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "

"We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to the island and will definitely stay in the same resort."

"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"

"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time). Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "
