Konbini almost next door. 10 minute walk to Motomachi shopping street. 10 minute walk to Meriken park, Kobe Tower & harbour area. Visitors from outside Japan may find the firm beds & wheat pillow’s uncomfortable.
I'm in a wheelchair so a little prejudiced due to circumstances. Staff and service was great. Mainly as question was worded couldn't give all perfect. Nothing the hotel could do as just the roads from the train station to there very uneven and not easy to navigate at many places. Once at hotel was fine so not hotel's fault but to get their took some effort. At the hotel staff was always helpful and ready to help. Would have liked some bars in bath or toilet but not a problem. Just would have been nicer if had them. Great time and closeness to Chinatown in Kobe a big plus.
Spacious room for 4. Price is reasonable. Location good but not fantastic. Housekeeping is ok, but they were careless and dropped my wife’s makeup case. Overall ok.
It could be a miscommunication between Expedia and the property. We booked fourth room for 4 people, but only 3 beds were prepared. We asked to set up sofa bed in the room but they refused as housekeepers are gone. I wish they just gave us sheets and comforter to make a bed by ourselves.
Their parking is right behind the hotel. Park and pay hotel 1000 yen for a day. Good location but room is dirty. Poop stains in toilet bowl, slippers by previous occupant under bed when we first went into the room. Poor house keeping.
it is inconvenient for a person who does not have a Japanese mobile phone number since you can not make local phone calls from hotel room, neither receive incoming calls to hotel room.
