The hotel is reasonably near to Sannomiya shopping street. The housekeeper did a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Do note of limited parking lots.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very clean and nice. The folks in the front desk were very good and very helpful. Always willing to help. I like having the laundry facilities available to us and the location of the property was very centrally located we would certainly come back
It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it.
Location is near the train station, receptionists spoke fluent English, polite and was easy to communicate with.
Room cards are made of wood with comfortable touch.
Room was clean and neat, bed and pillows were comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself is outdated and a little dingy. It works for a place to crash, but beds were not that comfortable. Overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed in around Japan.
The room was nice and clean. Large for a japanese hotel room. A little bit of a walk from the closest station but very close to most of downtown Kobe. Staff were friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Would consider staying again. Fair price for what you get.
Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!

On November 15th, one of the servers at my check-in wasn't very friendly or welcoming, but I can't remember their names. The servers on November 16th and 17th, Sugimori and KoGami, were very friendly and polite. On the night of the 17th, there were two mosquitoes buzzing in my room, and I didn't sleep well that night. I killed one of them. The next morning, I was on my way to the counter to report it when I met a man outside who I think was an administrator named Mr. Gongwen. 公文I reported it to him, and he was very friendly and eager to help, immediately calling someone to spray insecticide.
The room was okay, but the toilet was very damp and smelled bad; this needs improved
When I checked in, I saw a notice in the room saying that pest control, disinfection, and inspection would be carried out on November 18th. So, their inspection and disinfection of the locusts was a way of expressing their gratitude

I'm also a resident of Kobe, Japan, and of course I love the city.
It is very close to the center of the city. Walking distance from trains and airport limousine buses. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but the street is off from the busy area where all entertainment and shopping areas are located. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious for the Japanese standard. It is not the five star one but much better than most of reasonable hotels. Most of essential items are in the room already.
