Oriental Hotel Universal City
Staff were amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast offerings were fantastic. My only issue was the room air conditioning would not work. I did not report it as it wasn’t overly hot in the room; I just wanted more air flow.

LIBER HOTEL OSAKA
Booked room for World Expo and it was SO convenient! Just what my tired feet needed after a LONG day at the Expo. Also the Onsen/Spa was terrific! I went every night even though I was tired because it helped me relax and i felt so much better afterwards.
