"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. "Timber Chalet was spacious and super quiet inside.Washrooms were clean with dove handwash,shampoo and conditioner. Bed, sheets and pillows were clean and really comfortable. The breakfast options were largely organic with a super spread ranging from iddiyappam to chicken curry and hot dosas off the counter . Dinner is even better with yummy Biriyani and variety dishes in chicken, mutton or even prawns (with alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages).Vegetarian options in plenty as well. Staff are attentive and immediately available for anything. Frankly no negatives to call out except that the pricing might be slightly on the higher side."
