“was on a short trip to kodaikanal, and happened to stay at the JC Residency, it is a beautiful property with Amazing gardens, the property is built like a resort, and the Rooms are spacious , clean and has an old world charm to it... the restaurant serves a Decent Breakfast, and the alacarte items are tasty. the gardens have been maintained beautifully, and we had the campfire on one of the days. the staff here is very polite and hospitable, and a special mention to Jaya from the front office...

“We went to the hotel as a family trip on 01.06.2018 to 03.06.2018 We were a group of 10 Adults and 4 Children Hotel was 3.6 Km Very Steep Narrow Hill road If u go by Tempo traveller you will not be able to reach your Room Directly You have to stop near the reception from there you have to walk approx 1 kilometer 45 Degree very steep hill road to reach your room If Old age people of people or people who are not able to walk long distance please do not opt this resort Service in the...

“It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience ”
