"We have two adult children and one minor. This was a last minute stay. The family suite was perfect for us. We were able to sit and eat dinner together, two bathrooms was nice for a quicker getting ready for the day, plenty of bed so our kids could have their own beds. The pool was warm and enjoyable. The big kids loved the slide. "

"I loved this property! Only one downfall. I booked this hotel for the water features because of my grandson. When checking in I was told the slides and splash pad closed the day before because of kids going back to school. Not sure what that has to do with closing some of the water features. This was first week of August. Where I am from they don't go back until September. I wish this would have been on the website etc. but we did enjoy the pool. I would absolutely stay again. But will definitely ask about all the water park. Very clean and convenient to the strip."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. It was nice to be able to walk over. Every person we spoke with was great. Got the feeling they just wanted to make our stay fabulous. The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it. The pool area is lacking. No restroom near by. Overall lack luster. "

"Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast! Good location, close to Soaky Mountain which is what we were looking for. The hotel itself was clean. The room was pretty clean. We noticed a few things like the floor could’ve been vacuumed a little better and the sheets had some stains but other than that it was a very good stay! "
