Clean hotel with very friendly personnel and very nice onsens to relax in. There were a lot of options for breakfast but while they say untill 10 am you can actually only get breakfast untill 9:45.

This Resort is very close to Fuji Q Highland as in 5 minutes walk. The Staffs and the property is well maintained, the Staffs were so friendly and very helpful on each one needs. The food were so good as well.

Fabulous location, easy walk to everywhere you might want to be. Close to train and bus lines. Plenty of food and drink options and excellent facilities at the hotel. Definitely book the private onsen if you can.

I loved staying at this hotel! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the breakfast was amazing.
