Great view on Fuji at Lake. Hotel a bit dated and worn out furniture. Location a bit outside main center. Good to enjoy nice views, the Onsen and wood recommend to book dinner in hotel as not a lot nearby
The staff overall was helpful especially the older men at reception and the shuttler bus driver he even stopover for us on the way to pick up staff, but there is a lady at the reception is very rude, she talks rude she. We ask for luggage storage she give us dirty looks and unpleasant attitude, that’s why I didn’t rated as 5
The hotel is in a great location. We had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from our room. The view was the best part about our stay. And the price per night was very reasonable, considering our view and the hotel amenities, which includes a public onsen, massage chairs, restaurant, souvenir shop, etc. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit outdated. But I really enjoyed my stay here with my husband for my birthday. The room was spacious with a sitting area to enjoy the view.
The view was incredible from the room, furniture and carpet is a bit out dated and the hotel didn’t have enough amenities (cotton buds, shower cap etc). There was a buffet dinner and breakfast which was great, overall would love to stay here again because the view made the stay amazing!!
