"Lovely location being the sole occupied property on a beautiful talcum powder white coconut sure beach of about 500m. Water is shallow so on a calm day is perfect for young children and adults alike. Villa’s are nice but could do with a bit of TLC. The non villa room we initially had we were not impressed by, definitely worth having a villa. Staff were lovely and very welcoming including with young children. "This property is kept clean! My room was clean & the building appeared well kept. No elevator would be an issue for many & the stairs are somewhat steep and the step itself is short meaning your entire foot does not fit on step. Any physical issues or difficulties with stairs would be an issue for such clientele but physically stable & healthy are ok. Nice hotel close to busy part of Soi Buakhau you will less than 2 mins to street front. I think for the price it is a good bargain"
