We arrived around 01.30 hours. We were told we have no booking and we paid one nights charge to stay in. In the morning we were told that there a mail and we did not confirm the booking. Therefore we need all the money refunded to our account immediately as we have already paid and have the receipt of payment.

Sir thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for your inconvenience it was beyond our control to control mosquito of our area that you faced outside of our property. We could not found any of your bank account or upi for refund the deposit.
