"Staff were excellent, extremely kind and helpful. All staff went above and beyond to make our staff exceptional! The entrance to the hotel is outstanding with an incredible view of the sea the minute you walk in. We were greeted extremely well upon our arrival - extreme apologies I’m not sure of the lady’s name. She showed us to our V level room, which was readily prepared with complimentary gifts to celebrate our wedding anniversary and big birthday. She showed us how we select a scent of our choice from our room and we were greeted with a wonderful sea view. This wasn’t an interrupted sea view as there were lots of trees and a view of a car park but the sea view was wonderful all the same. We had breakfast every day where there was a good range of options. The lift from our area of the hotel was slightly temperamental but we only had to travel a couple of floors so wasn’t a problem for us. Whilst there, we had spa treatments which were excellent and used the hotel pool. As part of the V Level package we had use of a cabana, just be mindful this is first come first serve - there are more available around the beach area. Dubrovnik has one sandy beach which requires a ferry trip all other beaches are pebbly. We had a meal in the Momenti restaurant with a 5 course tasting menu and bottle of wine. Our service was excellent from Martin and we had an outstanding sunset view completely to ourselves! Overall an incredible city and hotel stay. Thank you all!❤️ Highly recommend!"

"I like the fact there were many options for food. There were restaurants within the hotel and outside by the pool. I also had a nice updated room with a great view. It was very quiet during the evenings and end at nights. I especially like the fact I can use the indoor pool or the outdoor pool depending on the weather. Everything was nice and clean."

"We were very, very pleased with this hotel selection! It was a quick drive from the airport - only 10 minutes - with easy check-in! The room was just fine with everything we needed, including hot water heater, coffee, and creamers! The breakfast was a free buffet with lots of wonderful cold and hot options! The pool overlooked the ocean, and the hotel has its own waterfront spot! The best part was the walkability down a little hill to the town of Cavtat with lots of dining and swimming options. We only stayed two nights, but I wish it had been longer!"

"The Hotel Lapad was lovely. The staff was great at check in, however I did have to ask for my VIP perk the next day (bottle of wine.) The pool area is beautiful, but they put the loungers away at 7pm. Also, if you want a lounger (sun bed), get to the pool early since there aren’t enough considering the size of the hotel. The hotel is in a lovely area, but it is a €20 taxi ride (one way) to the old town. Parking is very convenient, with a gated lot next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is large and has many options. They do have complimentary sparking wine, so you can make your own Bellinis Overall a great stay "

"Staff were really helpful with local knowledge. Catching the number 6 bus was so easy and made travelling into the old town convenient. Loved that we were that little bit further out from the Hussle and bussle of the old town, but had great beaches/ beach clubs and some lovely restaurants close by. Property facilities were great, having a bigger gym would have been a personal preference. "
