"I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). Thanks team collectively you did an awesome job!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent just steps from the beach in Lapad. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and knowledgeable. On September 22, 2023, which was our first night, the front desk clerk, for which we can’t remember her name, was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. "This is an amazing spot. It offers a lot than “just a place” to stay. Beautiful scenery and river views, best restaurant to dine, professional and very friendly staff. You must visit to believe. The hotel is located in a great spot, along a walkway near the beach with lots of dining options. Transportation was just a short walk up to the roundabout. "Very clean and cozy room. Comfortable bed. Very vertical building (most of them are inside the city walls) without an elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Great part of town and easily accessible to what we wanted to see and do. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is in a perfect location inside the city walls. It is accessible without stairs to get to the property from the Pile gate. Other accommodations in town involve walking up lots of steps to get to the buildings. Romana arranged for an airport pickup and then met us to walk with us to the hotel. She also arranged help getting our bags upstairs to our room. She was very sweet and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely do it again if we were back in...
