The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. "The hotel is extremely dirty, the rooms are not in a bad condition they were renovated, but the lobby and the hallways are horrible dirty, bad smells at every corner. The stuff was very mean and unfair, I travel with my 17 y old daughter and at this reservation I made some mistake and checked only one person, I offered to pay for her as well, but they treat me like I was trying to eat and stay "
