"I never write bad reviews however I feel like I need to warn others- this place was so bad that we didn't stay our second night even though we didn't get a refund, and we had to get a driver to take us somewhere else and pay for another hotel. It was not clean, the service was terrible, and there were signs in one of the public bathrooms on the property with signs containing sexual innuendos and one about masturbation. "Stayed in a suite, which was of okay size. The stay was comfortable and the service was fine. But the breakfast was miserable. Since the property is bang on the old mumbai Pune highway, and within the Lonavala town, one can opt for breakfast outside. Finally, it's a boutique resort and not a full service large one. "

And, that's the only option offered with no A-la-carte menu. No room service on offer. Anything you need in the room, you actually have to walk all the way to the top where the reception is."
