"It has served the purpose but the country economic crisis and poor grid has taken a toll on us Sousse had no water every night from 8 pm till 5 am and occasionally electricity was cut off because of scorching heat and excessive usage of power left us in the waters of the ocean mist of the day. This might be unfortunate for us in that period though. "

"Nous avons séjourné à la Résidence Le Monaco à Sousse en famille, et ce fut une belle expérience. L’établissement est bien situé, le personnel est chaleureux, et l’ambiance générale est calme et agréable — parfait pour se ressourcer. "This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk."

"Old hotel deserve only 2 stars not 4 . I booked 3 rooms Rooms ( the room had broken furnitures and the door frames were rotting) In addition, inside the room the bedding and sheets were dirty with blood. The restaurant was not monitored at all..there was no surveillance by the staff. There were many people serving the food with their hands.i forwarded this feedback to management and people on standby but there was no response. They did not provide a key for the safebox in the room either, I could not protect the valuables I had in my room. The all in exclusive was disappointing, the drinks were served in small cups and none of the cold food was stored properly."

"This is a proper 4-star hotel where everything is built around guests and making sure that every need is satisfied. Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer. There is also access to small private beach with loungers. "
