The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."

"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "Hotel was conveniently located to the best sites and things to do in Pilsen. Local restaurants offered delicious Czech cuisine and of course beers at good prices. The only issue we experienced was parking in the hotel garage upon our return on a Friday night. Limited number and narrow spaces added some frustration. Otherwise the staff and in house restaurant was great. Bountiful breakfast and large dinner portions were all welcome."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."
