Don't open the windows!
Overall, a pretty unwelcoming experience.
We arrived after 6 pm and were greeted by a not so friendly man who informed that I should have called to notify them of a late arrival. Fair enough. I apologized.
As I was filling out paperwork, my two friends rang the front doorbell which the guy seemed to ignore. It was raining so I asked if he could please buzz them in and he said it would just be a few more minutes. So they stood there waiting for us with our luggage in the rain...
Check out was 10am. I called to ask if it would be okay to do a later check out at 10:30am. The woman was pleasant on the phone and said yes. Then, the guy that checked us in came up a few minutes later and told us we needed to leave so cleaners could come.
The room itself was fine. Pretty standard amenities. They provided soap/shampoo which was nice, but there wasn't much in it. We ran out the first night and it wasn't refilled.
We went to dinner and had the windows cracked open. Upon returning, HUNDREDS of little flies were swarming all over the room and the bathroom. Our one friends slept with the lights on to keep the bugs away while the other moved his mattress into the living room. If the bugs were that bad, it would be nice if they warned guests or had screens installed!

Die Lage ist gut, da man mit dem Bus schnell in Konstanz und zu Fuß an der Fähre ist. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Leider war der Preis für ein sehr kleines Einzelzimmer unterm Dach viel zu hoch.
