After a week and a half of staying in chain hotels, this was a refreshing and charming change. It's in a very old building but the rooms are clean and modern. The single room with a private bathroom had a very small toilet, but apart from that it is excellent.

Great little place right in the heart of old town.

Great little place right in the heart of old town, but somehow very quiet. Staff were great (Janna & Kamala), very friendly and accommodating. They both also spoke English, sparing themselves my horrible German. The room was small, which was expected as the building is like 500 years old! I stayed three very pleasant days.. I definitely recommend!

This is an old building that has been renovated. The bathroom was new and clean. The location was close to the railway and the main tourist area. The staff on reception were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed that the room was so cramped - based on the room area on the web site saying it was 18 square metres and our experience of other rooms that size, it seemed much smaller than that.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location in old town. Very friendly staff. We were there during a heat wave so the room was quite hot despite provided fans. Not really in the hotel’s control, however.

Dieses kleine Hotel hat eine super Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dusche und WC, was allerdings sehr klein war. Große und beleibte Menschen können in der Dusche nicht aufrecht stehen. Mein Mann ist 1,73 m groß und passte gerade so noch rein. Leider mussten wir auch jeden Abend erstmal auf Spinnenjagd gehen. Es liefen lauter so winzig kleine Fettspinnen im Zimmerboden rum. Vermutlich ist irgendwo in diesem Zimmer ein Nest (Zimmer 35). Das sollte mal behoben werden. Gut und notwendig waren die beiden Ventilatoren direkt am Bett.

Hotellet ligger et perfekt sted i centrum af den mest charmerende del af Konstanz. Receptionisten var yderst venlig. Dog var der 50 grader på værelset (vi var der i juli), og der var ingen muligheder for at få temperaturen ned, for hvis man åbnede vinduet, brølede et stort ventilationssystem i gården hele natten. Vi fik sammenlagt en times søvn den nat. Personalet gik hjem omkring kl.20, så det var heller ikke muligt at få hjælp eller bytte værelse. Ingen havde forsøgt at gøre noget ved den ulidelige varme i rummet. Vi var meget ærgerlige over, at varmen skulle ødelægge oplevelsen.

Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, leider sehr laut Nachts, aber damit muss man im Sommer in der Innenstadt rechnen - es liegen extra Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer :-). Leider gab es bei uns Abends kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Das Problem ist schon wohl bei anderen Gästen aufgetreten und man kümmert sich.

Gebucht habe ich ein Standardzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Zimmer 30A ist ein Teil der Suite. Da es keine Verdunkelungvorhänge gibt, wurde ich um 5.30 Uhr wach. Der TV ist unbrauchbar, da zuerst Sender installiert werden müssten. Das Zimmer ist nicht Lärmisoliert. Man versteht jedes Wort vom Nebenraum inkl TV. Die Leistung wird nicht erbracht, ab 19 Uhr ist niemand mehr erreichbar.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Parkhaus in der Nähe für EUR 30 pro 24 Stunden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Nur im Familienzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer. Familienzimmer sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre empfand ich als ausgesprochen heimelig. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet und besitzen jeweils einen eigenen Charakter. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die Nähe zum See. Das Gebäude ist etwas verwinkelt, was man berücksichtigen sollte – insbesondere im Hinblick auf ältere Menschen.
