"No hot water in the bathroom.
The hot food at breakfast was cold and there was very little (3 rashers of cold bacon) for later comers. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable. The orange juice was poor. "
"Our stay at Silver Bay Hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a room with two large twin beds but were given one double and one single. The single bed was definitely not sleepable - the mattress was so lumpy you could feel the base beneath it. The double bed was a bit better, but still not comfortable.
The room was far from clean, and the bathroom was poorly designed. The shower caused water to flood the bathroom, and we had to run down to reception for extra towels to try to contain...

"quiet location with easy access to the beach down a steep slope, which you can either walk down or via buggy which the hotel runs for free. The food is classic Greek - high quality and varied with lots of choice, range of drinks on the all inclusive menu. "Very nice view from the balcony since the hotel is at the top of a hill. It makes it a challenge to walk up to the hotel, but driving up is fine.
