The staff were communicating with me constantly through Whatsapp and allowed to check in a little early. The cleaning lady went out her way to have the room ready ahead of time! Lovely stayed! It has shuttle serveice 24 hour but It's every 2 hour. if it's every hour service, i'll be better. anyway other things are OK. they bring hour luggage to the port by shuttle bus because we're out of time to go & back to the port. we satisfied their service”
